We believe in giving young women the tools needed to help them pursue their dreams and goals.  We expose them to a plethora of experiences that will give them real life skills, coping mechanisms, and knowledge.

It's been said that it takes a village to raise a child.  We are committed to doing our part to raise a generation of young women who will become world leaders, great thinkers, problem solvers, inventors, or whatever they are called to accomplish in this lifetime. Join our village.

OUR STORIES

I love being a part of YWEA because I've learned what a healthy relationship looks like because they have shown me.  I love that I get to be open about how I feel, and I'm learning how to be my own boss... something I never thought that I could do. 

I love being in the academy because I get to meet so many new people and I always find myself learning something new.  It's also a safe place for the girls and I to talk about what is happening in our lives, and our mentors teach us how to deal with those things. 

Being a part of the academy is SO FUN!.  I think every girl should join.  My favorite class was when we learned about budgeting and money management.  We get to go on trips, but I really love the classes, they are so informative and fun.
